The Brittany has a grand main level with the foyer open to the dining, kitchen and family room. The primary suite is on the main level on the opposite side of bedroom 2 and 3 that share a Jack n Jill bathroom. Upstairs includes the 4th bedroom and a bonus room that can be used for anything your family needs.
Every plan here has been built at least once, and every one of them has been changed since. Move the master, stretch the garage, take out a wall, add the bonus room the kids will actually use. Find the one that is closest and tell us what is missing.
