The plans most families build.
Balanced square footage with nothing wasted — a real kitchen, a flexible upstairs, and space that grows with the kids instead of ahead of them. Fits most Lake Norman lots comfortably.

Enough house, and not a foot more.

Mike Palmer Homes is a Lake Norman custom home builder based in Denver, NC. Mike started as a subcontractor and didn’t like the corner-cutting he watched other builders get away with, so he set out to build the way he believed it should be done. Then he built his own family’s home and never looked back. 25+ years later, that hasn’t changed.
