Our philosophy is straight forward – "Build a house with the upgrades that people want without an inflated price."

It has been our experience that most people would like to have some of the finer niceties of life in their home. That is why our standard features include granite counter tops, hardwood and tile floors, trey ceilings, crown molding, chair rail, window seats and more.

We also provide you with a professional interior designer to assist you in picking your colors. Including these "extra's" as standard features of your new home, allows us to operate more efficiently thus saving our customers time and money. If you prefer additional customization we will be more than happy to accommodate you and we assure you that you will not be charged an inflated markup.

We strive to provide you with an alternative to being quoted a low initial price only to be optioned to death with the upgrades and our customer response has been tremendous.
